Having already visited Barcelona 4 times
& read all those Barcelona tourist guides,
some of those quite helpful I have to say,
although most of them not even close to reality,
I decided to create my own Barcelona web site
in order to guide you at

A. GAUDI: LA PEDRERA, BARCELONA SPAIN

La Pedrera is located about 200 meters from Casa Battlo,
also at Passeig de Gracia, in the Eixample district, in the centre of Barcelona city.
So, you may enjoy them both in just three hours having a coffee brake at the many cafes nearby.
La Pedrera completed in 1912, by the Catalan architect Antoni Gaudi and is also known as Casa Mila,
due to Pere Mila for whom and his wife Rosario Segimon the house built.

La Pedrera building is now owned by Caixa Catalunya and is part of the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE.
